Methodology and Assumptions: This dashboard analyzes the Spring 2025 Unified Agenda. A rule is included if it has at least one timetable entry dated on or after 20 Jan 2025, or if the last timetable entry lists the date as “To Be Determined.” In the XML, dates are given as MM/DD/YYYY; sometimes the day is 00 (e.g., “10/00/2025”), meaning the agency only specified the month.

– For charts and counts, those partial dates are normalized to the first day of the month, so “10/00/2025” is grouped with October 2025 events and displayed as “~ Oct 2025.”
– For the median future timetable calculation, we assume an agency may act at any time in that month and therefore convert MM/00/YYYY to the last day of that month (e.g., “04/00/2026” becomes 30 Apr 2026). Dates explicitly marked “To Be Determined” are not used in the median, but rules with such entries still count toward totals.

All time‑to‑event calculations use the date when the dashboard is loaded as the starting point. By following these rules, a researcher can reproduce the summary counts, distributions and the median lead time displayed here.
